Party Add-Ons:

  • We can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests, including both children and adults. Each party can have up to twenty children.

  • Absolutely! Each party lasts for 90 minutes, with one hour exclusively in the playroom. You will have the party room for the full duration but are required to stay in the party room for the last 30 minutes, enjoying food and cake. We stagger party times to ensure everyone has a great experience without overcrowding.

  • Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, please note that the use of food warmers or burners is not permitted on the premises. Please ensure all items are properly cleaned up and disposed of after the party.

  • Absolutely! Feel free to bring balloons, floor arches, and pedestals. However, please refrain from using wall and ceiling decorations to maintain the space's brand-new appearance. Outside vendors are welcome, they must setup within your 30 min timeslot.

  • Yes, we provide up to four foldable tables and bench seating for parties.

  • Yes, guests are responsible for both setup and clean-up. We provide 30 minutes for each, and our staff will be on hand to assist you throughout the process.

  • We've partnered with two local businesses for party food. Our cupcakes are sourced from Blu Bakery, and our pizza comes from Derby City Pizza.

  • Yes, regardless of age, every child must have a signed waiver before entering the space.

  • You can not add time to your 90 minute party. If you're interested in a longer party, you can book two time slots for a 3-hour party.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Contact us via phone or email at info@playgroundabode.com. Please be aware that alternate dates may already be booked.
