  • We recommend booking as early as possible — weekend dates especially fill up fast! A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Yes! 🎉 All parties include exclusive access to the playroom for one full hour of your 90-minute party experience. You’ll also have access to your private party room for the entire 90 minutes.

    During the final 30 minutes, guests will transition to the party room to enjoy food, cake, and celebration time together. We have two party rooms and carefully stagger our party schedule to ensure every family has a fun, comfortable experience without overcrowding.

  • Yes! A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Please note that any party add-ons selected during booking must be paid in full at the time of booking, which may increase the amount due upfront.

  • Yes! All guests 17 and under are required to have a signed waiver on file — regardless of whether they plan to play. This includes infants.

  • Yes! All children and adults are required to wear socks in the play area for safety and hygiene. We recommend reminding your guests ahead of time. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.

  • Yes! You can add up to 5 additional children for $18 per child.

  • Babies under the age of 1 do not count toward your children or guest count — bring your littlest ones worry-free!

  • Each party room comes fully equipped with tables and benches for your guests:

    • Our Space, Your Way — 4 six-foot tables and 6 benches

    Families are welcome to rearrange the tables and benches however they'd like to best fit their party setup and vision! Extra furniture is not permitted.

  • Absolutely — both packages allow you to bring your own food, drinks, and decorations.

  • We want your party to look amazing! 🎉 The following decorations are permitted:

    • Balloon arches, bouquets, towers, and table arrangements

    • Banners and hanging decorations (attached with scotch or painter’s tape only)

    • Tablecloths, centerpieces, and themed tableware

    • Birthday candles

    • Cake, cupcakes, and dessert displays

    The following items are not permitted:

    • Confetti, glitter, or confetti-filled balloons

    • Balloon shine spray

    • Silly string or foam sprays

    • Piñatas

    • Helium tanks brought onto the premises

    • Command hooks, adhesive strips, balloon dots, removable hooks, or any adhesive mounting products other than scotch or painter’s tape

    • Thumbtacks, pushpins, staples, nails, or any permanent installation materials

    Please note: Any excessive mess, prohibited décor, or damages to our space will result in an automatic $100 cleaning and/or damage fee charged to the card on file. Thank you for helping us keep our space clean and safe for all guests!

  • For the safety of our guests and facility, the following are not permitted:

    • Hot plates or electric burners

    • Crockpots or slow cookers

    • Air fryers, griddles, or any countertop cooking appliances

    • Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking equipment

    Pre-cooked, ready-to-serve food is always welcome!

  • Plates and utensils are not included with the base party packages. You are welcome to bring your own, or add our Themed Decor package.

  • You can not add time to your 90-minute party. If you're interested in a longer party, you can book two time slots for a 3-hour party.

    If you're interested in a longer or larger exclusive event, we do offer full venue buyouts! Please reach out to us directly at info@playgroundabode.com to discuss availability, pricing, and options.

  • Yes! Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days (one week) notice, subject to availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee your preferred new date will be available, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before your party date are not eligible and will follow the cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the party date will not be charged the remaining balance. The $150 deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future party or any other services we offer.

    Any party add-ons paid for prior to the 7-day deadline may be refunded unless themed décor items have already been purchased. In that case, the themed décor portion will remain non-refundable. Families will be offered the opportunity to pick up the themed décor items they purchased; however, tabletop balloon arrangements are not included for pickup. Refundable add-ons may include items such as pizza, cupcakes, juice boxes, and balloon towers.

    Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party date are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will always do our best to work with families. Please contact us directly at Lex@playgroundabode.com as soon as possible.

    Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance — no exceptions.

  • The $150 booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. However, it may be applied as a credit toward a future party booking or any other services we offer — so it never goes to waste! 😊

    The remaining balance is not charged until 7 days prior to your party date, so cancellations made before that timeframe will not incur any additional charges beyond the deposit.

    For any themed décor add-ons that have already been purchased or prepared at the time of cancellation, those items will remain non-refundable. Families will be offered the opportunity to pick up the themed décor items they paid for; however, tabletop balloon arrangements are not included for pickup. If the family chooses not to pick up the décor items, the cost of those decorations will still be charged in full.

    Refundable add-ons may include items such as pizza, cupcakes, juice boxes, and balloon towers, provided they have not already been ordered or prepared.
