No refunds are available for event tickets. However, if you need to cancel, store credits will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event starts. Store credits can be used for future events, open play sessions, and retail shopping. Class tickets are non-refundable. However, drop-in class dates can be rescheduled if space is available.
